I have been thinking about it for a while now due to health problems and lack of routine to fit any credible or worthy exercise in. I have tried work out dvds (a great option for Muslimahs to exercise at home) and can keep them up for about a week - max! I have an exercise bike and hate that i don't use it more often. I even have the reebok easy-tone trainers, which are fab you just need to wear them every other day to notice a big change. I don't need to lose any weight i just need to tone what I have. As my weight fluctuates it isn't the best thing for my skin. Now after reading this article (10 Reasons to love Pilates) i am totally won over. A great workout without the sweat? Oh yes! So I am now looking for a class that is local to me and of course for women only.
